Return & Refund Policy

At Gleaming Vogue… By Jennifer, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or exchange only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events
- Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen settings
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID, reason for return, and clear product images.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return procedure.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for size or product issue), we’ll happily replace the item subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If your item arrives damaged, please share photos or unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us process your claim quickly.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). In that case, we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
