All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We aim to deliver your products within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other unforeseen factors.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or above a minimum order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, which you can use to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across India. For remote or restricted areas, delivery times may be extended.
6. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, Gleaming Vogue… By Jennifer is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, contact number) are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with photos for quick resolution.
